The Midwest Grill is a meat lover’s protein paradise with a bottomless pit of Brazilian rodizio-style meats and sausages. Servers skip from table to table, armed with swords of meat that are hot off the grill. There’s quite a variety with lamb, pork tenderloin, sirloin, and chicken hearts, and customers can keep unloading until they’re completely satisfied. The all-you-can-eat feast is supplemented by a buffet of salads, rice, beans, and potatoes; and there’s an ice cream bar for dessert.
