Via Matta is crazy about pasta, and they serve it in an elegant space of mosaic tiles and antique iron gates. In addition to the dining room, there’s a wine bar, a patio, and a late night caffe. Their fettuccini is especially twirl-worthy, teamed with rabbit, sweet and sour peppers, and white wine. For a special treat, up to 10 diners can crowd around a huge table in the downstairs kitchen to watch chef Michael Schlow whip up your dinner.
