The dining room changes color ever few seconds, and the clubby atmosphere attracts a ready-to-spend crowd. The drinks are superbly sophisticated, and fresh fruit juices are used to accent the libations without dominating the drink. The 33-Tini is a standout with muddled fresh strawberries and Sour Apple liqueur shaken and chilled with cognac, vodka, and citrus. A strawberry garnish tops it off.
