At Jake’s Boss B-B-Q, the décor is not a distraction. Other than the bull coming out of the wall, which had Phantom feeling like part of a Schlitz Malt Liquor commercial, there’s not a lot in the way of charm. However, they have arguably the most succulent, falling-off-the-bone ribs in New England. If location, location, location is the key to a successful restaurant, then tender, tender, tender is the secret to these ribs.
