Jasper White’s Summer Shack in Boston’s Back Bay is much like its Alewife and Mohegan Sun locations, as a casual clam shack on steroids. The familiar seafood menu is packed with fried fish, several kinds of chowder, and pan-roasted lobster. It’s also home of the city’s largest raw bar, staying open until 1 AM on Friday and Saturday. Choose from 9 kinds of oysters, plus littlenecks, cherrystones, ceviche, crab claws, chilled lobster, and tuna tartare.
